ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man from Florissant has been sentenced to 170 months in prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. According to a release, Patrick Neistat, 24, of Florissant, pleaded guilty in October to one count of receipt of child pornography.
